MBE, CEO & Director

Over 20 years experience of working with disabled children / families including but not limited to, managing Sutton Portage Service, developing specialist sensory services, consulting and advising on disability in education, ABA specialist and designing & delivering bespoke training. Qualifications: B.Tec Early Years; BSc Psychology and Counselling; MA SEN and Inclusion (in progress)

Yvonne Charalambous

Director of Business & Operations

25 years working with children, young people and families. Roles include Head of Student Support Services, Centre Management & School Business Management. Experience includes Recruitment, Finance, Premises Management, Training & Development, Behaviour Management and Designated Safeguarding Lead. Qualifications: PGC Guidance and Counselling/ PGC Management (Education); Level 4 Human Resources; NLP Master Practitioner / Master Coach, Advanced Safeguarding.
